
Elizabeth Garouste: I don't buy anything that has a price or a value attached to it because I have no possessive instinct. For me, possessing is closely related to the idea of death. I like to have that distance which assures that a craving is never satisfied. That, in my opinion, is what is known as 'desire' - which differs in an important way from 'need'.
